George Michael 喬治．邁克爾 1963年出生英國，1982年起因為

威猛樂隊（Wham!）在英國樂壇開始展露頭角，到1986年，他和

搭檔安德魯．維治利（Andrew Ridgeley）嘗試了說唱、快節奏

流行樂和民歌慢謠等多種演唱風格。

擔任歌曲作者和主唱的邁克爾，最終在雙人組合中佔據了絕對的優

勢，當樂隊解散時，他已經做好了成功單飛的準備工作。其中的

《Too Funky》登上了20佳排行榜。
